I have learnt the art of Ayurveda and Yoga as a tradition of my family under the guidance of my father Vaidya Swami Jothimayananda (founder of the Joytinat school), who combined his Indian knowledge with the different western physical, mental and energetic needs gaining from this experience an unique approach in the manuality and in the transmission of the basic knowledge of the Veda.
Starting at the age of 9, i spent my summers in India where I learned Indian arts such as Bharatanatyam and Kuchipudi (sacred temple dance) and Karnatik singing.
I started teaching Indian temple dance at the
Sri lankan community of Genoa; growing up I’ve expanded the courses to othe
parts of Italy.
Between 2007 and 2012 I sang and danced at the
multiethnic orchestra “La Banda di Piazza Caricamento” an ensemble of 13
musicians and dancers, with origins from the 5 continents.
The first of the two released albums, Babel
Sound, was awarded a prize by Amnesty International.
Tour in Bosnia, France, Switzerland, Germany,
Croatia and Italy and performances with Antonella Ruggiero, Celia Mara, Gnawa
Bambara, Spontaneous Group Trallallero.
In 2007 I started a journey through “Moving Breath” with Mata-ji Sheela Raj; a method that brings together creative, traditional and contemporary techniques in Yoga, voice, rhythm and dance.

In 2008 I participated in the seminars “Yoga of Sound” by Patrick Torre and
“Harmonic Singing” by Tran Quan Hai, concerning the use of voice; since then i
search deeply to connect with the Essence through the voice.
In 2011 I graduated in Herbal Medicine, three
years in the University of Genoa in the faculty of Pharmacy.
I started a new high level course in the Agama
school of Tantra Yoga in Thailand where I studied with Swami Vivekananda
Saraswathi, master of Tantra and Hatha Yoga and Monika Nataraj teacher in
Mystical Dance and Tantra for women; after that I became a teacher in Mystical
Dance.
In 2011 I got in touch with the shamanic energy
work having Homaya Amar as my guide, who in turn received the initiation into
the lineage of healers by the Curanderos tribe in Mexico. In my trips in India I've delved deeper into the aspect of
meditation and mantra in Tantra Yoga.
In 2013, under the guidance of Homaya Amar and
Yuval Rivlin, I completed the course of study in Divine Intervention: an
intense shamanic training focusing on self-mastery, passed on from master to
student according to the teachings of the sacred tradition of the Curanderos.
