Dancing

Dancing the 7 veils
Various cultures tell us the story of a Goddess (of Love or of the Harvest: Ishtar, Inanna, Isis) who travels to the underworld to seek her beloved. During her absence the Earth is no longer fertile and there is no Love nor celebrations. During her journey, the Goddess goes through 7 gates; every gate represents a veil: a mask.

To removing the veils symbolizes non-attachment to the facets of the personality that don’t help us evolve.

Dancing the Passion and Sexuality

To explore the different aspects of true sensuality through passion, shyness and innocence.

Without judgment we are perfect.

Dancing the Present

“Always say “yes” to the present moment. What could be more futile, more insane, than to create inner resistance to what already is? what could be more insane than to oppose life itself, which is now and always now? Surrender to what is. Say “yes” to life — and see how life suddenly starts working for you rather than against you.”

Dancing the Polarity

To have the knowledge and therefore to recognize your own femininity and masculinity. Explore your personal feminine and masculine energy: What are they for? How do they manifest? What do they desire? What are they afraid of? What is their goal?

Dancing Your Support

God has a special interest in women for they can lift the world to their breast and help Him comfort ~ MIRABAI

By being women we know who is telling the truth; as women we have an innate need and desire to give, to support. It happens often that we don't know how to ask for or receive support when it is offered, while on the other hand we give too much to others and feel drained. Through generating power, building connections and experiencing how to give, but also to receive support, we can find new ways of acting in everyday life.

Dancing Your Dreams

Intention is a seed. Put the intention of your desires in your heart so that your hands are free to receive from the universe in order to create your dreams with dancing. Enter the movement to understand the part of the dream that the body is not ready to live due to a mistake of the intellect.
Maya's Veil

Sacred Shapes

A combination of movements, deriving from different ancient traditions of dance that aim to move the energy from our lower energy centers. A dynamic method that uses a language of sacred symbols to experience the energies of the Universe.
5 rythms

Dancing the five rhythms is equivalent to recognizing the different qualities of the five elements movements, how we represent them and how they are shown to us.  An immersion into subtle personal and collective feelings that lead us to ecstasy: being outside the mind and its patterns. Let your body be danced by the qualities of the five elements.

Flowing: Earth, Water, feminine, circle ...

Staccato: Fire,...sharp angle..., masculine, dynamic

Chaos: Flowing + Staccato = higher levels of our energy

Lyrical: lightness and earthliness, change and transformation

Stillness: recognizing the empty spaces, moving into the stillness.
